AutoOptm 对你提交的代码仓库执行自动化性能优化，按实际消耗的机器时间与模型用量计费。诊断阶段不计费；修改代码前先给出报价，实际扣费不超过报价。本服务为纯数字服务,即时交付:付款完成后 credits 立即入账可用,优化结果(报告与补丁)在控制台在线交付,无实物邮寄。价格以定价页为准,均为美元(USD)计价。 AutoOptm runs automated performance optimization against repositories you submit, billed on metered machine time and model usage. Diagnosis is free; a quote is issued before any code is modified, and the actual charge never exceeds the quote. This is a digital service, delivered immediately: credits land in your balance the moment payment completes, and deliverables (report and patch) are delivered online in the console — nothing is shipped. Prices are as shown on the pricing page, in USD.
Credits 是账户内的计费单位，1 credit 对应 $1.00 的实际消耗。充值（含试跑装）获得的 credits 永不过期；订阅赠送的 credits 在计费周期结束时清零。优化未达到承诺目标时，本次消耗的 credits 全额退回账户余额。Credits 不可转让、不可兑换现金；账户余额不是存款，也不产生利息。 Credits are the unit of account: 1 credit corresponds to $1.00 of metered consumption. Topped-up credits (including the trial pack) never expire; subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period. If a run misses its promised target, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance in full. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash; your balance is not a deposit and earns no interest.
银行卡支付与订阅由 Polar（作为登记商户 / Merchant of Record）处理。微信支付由 Dodo Payments（作为登记商户）处理，仅支持一次性付款（试跑装与充值包），不支持订阅计划。两种渠道购得的 credits 进入同一个账户余额，权益完全相同。 Card payments and subscriptions are processed by Polar as merchant of record. WeChat Pay is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record and supports one-time payments only (trial pack and top-ups) — subscription plans are card-only. Credits purchased through either channel land in the same balance with identical entitlements.
完整规则见独立的退款政策页(本条款的组成部分):未达标自动退回 credits;银行卡渠道未使用余额 14 天内可申请原路退款;订阅可随时取消、当期结束生效。 The full rules live on the standalone Refund Policy page (part of these terms): credits return automatically on a missed target; unused card-paid balance is refundable within 14 days; subscriptions cancel any time, effective at period end.
微信支付款项无法原路退回。该支付通道本身不支持向原支付方式退款，付款前页面已作提示。请在付款前确认金额与套餐；如适用法律强制要求退款，我们将以账户 credits 或其他合法可行的方式履行，你依法享有的不可排除的权利不受本条款影响。 WeChat Pay payments cannot be reversed to the original payment method. The rail itself does not support refunds to the payer's wallet, and this is disclosed before payment. Please confirm the amount and plan before paying. Where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law, we will honor it by account credits or another lawful means; nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
银行卡支付的退款请求按 Polar 的流程处理。购买后 credits 一经交付即可使用；你同意我们在付款完成后立即开始履行（交付 credits），并知悉数字内容一经交付，法定撤回权（如你所在地设有）即告消灭，法律另有强制规定的除外。优化任务未达标时退回的是账户 credits，而非现金退款。 Refund requests for card payments follow Polar's process. Credits are delivered and usable immediately after purchase; you consent to performance beginning at once and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right for digital content (where your jurisdiction provides one) lapses on delivery, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. When a run misses its target you receive credits back to your balance, not a cash refund.
你保证提交的代码拥有合法使用权,且不将本服务用于违法用途、恶意软件、或规避计费的行为(包括滥用免费诊断阶段)。你提交的代码始终归你所有;我们交付的补丁,你获得永久使用权。我们可以拒绝或终止滥用账户,终止时余额按退款政策处理。我们对服务按"现状"提供，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，累计责任以你过去 12 个月实际支付的金额为限。本条款与强制性消费者保护法律冲突时，以该法律为准。 You warrant that you have the right to submit the code you submit, and that you will not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware, or billing circumvention (including abuse of the free diagnosis stage). Your code remains yours; you receive a perpetual license to the patches we deliver. We may refuse or terminate abusive accounts; on termination the balance is handled per the Refund Policy. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you actually paid in the preceding 12 months. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, that law prevails.
条款如有实质变更,我们会更新本页顶部的日期,重大变更会通过站内或邮件提前通知;变更后继续使用即视为接受。变更不追溯适用于已完成的购买。 If these terms change materially we update the date at the top of this page and give notice in-product or by email for significant changes; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
